Method

  1. Mindfulness- because burn out is real and mindfulness can help you be more present and patient not only for your job but also for your life outside of work. (Think patience for your loved ones, whatever that means to you: cat, kids, plants…you fill in the blank. The point is more patience).
  2. Nutrition- because statistically the job, sedentary in nature, leads to weight gain and less than optimal nutritional choices.
  3. Movement- because specific stretches and exercises can help with posture, back ache, tight shoulders and many other of the accompanying physical aches that often times come with the job.
