“The only constant in life is change.” And yet even happy and highly anticipated change comes with the stressors and challenges of changing circumstances. Mindfulness tools can help stabilize and reconnect with what is most important in the current season of our lives. In this course, we will discuss change, tools for time management, and mindfulness exercises that can help with the fluctuations of our changing circumstances.
Students who attend this class will participate in a conversation centered around the challenges and growth opportunities that come with change and learn concepts and applications of simple mindfulness tools, wellness concepts, and time management. Ideal for those who are anticipating a life transition or have recently encountered a life transition including but not limited to: retirement, parenthood, job promotions, lateralling to another agency, and changing shifts.
