    A training in practical mindfulness tools. Students will learn techniques to reduce stress, manage emotional reactivity, and strengthen resilience — skills that support both professional performance and personal wellbeing.

    Designed specifically for dispatchers. Students will learn practical tools to deliver more effective service while minimizing burnout — skills that improve how they care for the public, their colleagues, and themselves.

    Learn the science behind wellness and mindfulness practices. Students will learn why dispatching is so demanding on the body and mind, and the research-backed tools that support long-term wellbeing in the profession.

    Duration: 4 or 8 hours

    Cost: $125 per student (Free to California dispatchers — use code CALIFORNIA)

    An 8-week course in mindfulness-based stress management for dispatchers and public service professionals. Learn mindfulness principles and meditation practices to access calm, reduce stress, and increase wellbeing.

    Duration: 16 hours

    Delivery: Virtual via Zoom, 2 hours per week

    Cost: $400 per student

    Open to: All Dispatch Centers and Public Service Agencies
