Nutrition- because statistically, the job, sedentary in nature, leads to weight gain and less than optimal nutritional choices.
Mindfulness- because burnout is real, mindfulness can help you be more present and patient for your job and your life outside of work. (Think more patience for your loved ones, whatever that means to you: cat, kids, plants…you fill in the blank. The point is more patience).
Meditation- because meditation can help to cope with stress, reducing negative emotions, and increasing resilience.
Yoga- because specific stretches and exercises can help with posture, backache, tight shoulders, and many other accompanying physical aches that often come with the job.
