Students who attend Dispatcher Customer Service will learn customer service knowledge and mindfulness tools to aid in providing services that are more efficient and effective, while also being able to minimize burnout.
By implementing the knowledge learned in this course students will be able to better take care of themselves as they provide improved customer service to the public and the public safety personnel they interact with.

While also learning the science of why the work of public safety dispatching is so demanding and understanding the scientific research on the correlation between the nature of the stressful work and wellness.
