Are your days off a blur?

Sometimes my days off were a blur; sometimes, it was all a blur. And it got old & exhausting really quick.

Something that helped me get out of the blur was getting clear about what my priorities were on my days off and what my priorities were on my days at work.

Because here is the thing- things got blurry when my plan was to do it ALL.

What was I gonna do today? All of it.

What was I gonna do on my weekend? Samesies. ALL of it.

The truth is, though, we can’t do it ALL, ALL of the time, and it isn’t ALL or Nothing, and that is good news!

Speaking of good news- new dates have been posted for Dispatch Wellness Courses, where we talk lots about getting clear on priorities and setting realistic goals.

Because clarity, priorities, and honesty are essential components for our wellness goals and for providing service to those whom we serve.

Check out the new dates and register for classes below. These courses are open to Dispatchers from ALL States and Centers. Held in live interactive webinar format. Courses provide CA POST Credits if you are in the State of California.
