Callers are tired from the pandemic and so are those providing service during the pandemic. 

Tired+Tired=More Complaints. That does not mean that we should lower quality standards or throw our hands up in the air and concede defeat.

But it does mean that customer service is more important than ever AND requires more presence, and more reminders for those who serve. Reminders of why it is important to provide quality service, service with integrity, service rooted in agency values.

Because quality service with presence rooted in integrity and values provides respite. YES! Service rooted in quality/integrity/values is easier to provide; the thing is we forget!

It is easy to forget when the days are non-stop and the pandemic seems never-ending.

During our Dispatcher Customer Service Class, we spend the day remembering and talking about the importance of quality service.

Wednesday- May 18th, 2022 0900-1800 PST
