Upcoming In-Person Dispatcher Customer Service

Space is limited to 10 participants per session.
Students who attend will learn customer service knowledge and mindfulness tools to aid in providing services that are more efficient and effective, while also being able to minimize burnout. By implementing the knowledge learned in this course, students will be able to better care for themselves as they provide improved customer service to the public and the public safety personnel they interact with.
Cost: $125.00.
*Open to ALL Dispatcher/Communications Officers/Call Takers
*Must be a currently employed public safety dispatcher to attend.
*Provides California POST Credits to those applicable
